The pension is a good point of departure for hikes in the nearer and farther surroundings, for various sports and health-preserving activities. From among them the following can be mentioned:

• trip to the peak “Lomnický štít” (2633 m) by a suspended ropeway which also offers access to the hiking paths of the main tourist route, the Tatranská Magistrála

• skiing in the saddle “Lomnické sedlo” at the centres “Čučoriedky” and “na Jamách” with eventual visit to the distinctive village of Ždiar known by its folk architecture and ski centres

• visit to the golf course Black Stork at Veľká Lomnica nearby – playtime fixing possible

• relaxing stay in the large thermal swimming pool areas in Poprad or the near Vŕbov

• tourist excursions to the wonderful Slovak Paradise (Slovenský raj) and to the Pieniny National Park with the possibility of rafting or just floating the river Dunajec in traditional rafts

• trips to the historical towns of Levoča, Spišská Sobota and Kežmarok, to the mansion at Strážky, the castle Spišský hrad etc.

• visit to the attractive tourist resort of Zakopane on the Polish side of the mountains, not far from the pension, visiting the traditional market at Nowy Targ or a trip to a little farther destination, the historical city of Krakow (2 hours car drive).
